Letter of intent
A Letter of Intent documents your willingness to enter into a contract at a future date. It buys you time and allows you to mobilize work on your project before having the necessary cover in place.
Construction Guarantees
Most contracts require contractors to provide a construction guarantees to the owner (or employer) guaranteeing the contractor’s performance undertaken in terms of the construction contract, or principal building agreement (PBA).
Contractors All Risk
Both Annual and Once-Off Contracts All Risk.
A comprehensive policy designed to cover your construction- related risks. Including but not limited to accidental physical loss or damage to the works, the materials or equipment on site.
Construction Liability
General Liability cover for the contractor for damage to the property of others, or for the bodily injury of the public whilst carrying out the activities of the business
Broad Form Liability to indemnify the employer, contractor and sub contractors and consultant during on-site construction.
Plant All Risk
Your onsite machinery (plant) is vulnerable to a number of problems such as breakdowns, vandalism and theft. Missing a project deadline can be bad news for your bottom line as well as your reputation. Plant All Risk Insurance covers you for loss of, or damage to, construction plant and equipment whilst in storage, transit, on the contract site or being used as a tool of trade.
Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity insurance provides indemnity in respect of claims arising out of the conduct of professional services.
Cover is in respect of legal liability to pay compensation as a result of actual or alleged negligent acts, errors or omissions in the performance of professional duties. The indemnity covers both damages and defense costs.
