A Bill of Quantities (BoQ) is a detailed list that breaks down all the materials, labour, and work items needed to complete a project, along with their quantities and costs. So when someone says “big-project BoQs,” they’re talking about the detailed cost breakdown documents used for large or complex construction jobs.
