FAIS Declaration
Clause 1: iTribe (Pty) Ltd - Licence number 49912 is a licenced financial service provider for Short Term Commercial and Personal Lines.
Clause 2: Our compliance company is Moonstone Compliance (Pty) Ltd, Valerida Centre, Piet Retief Street, Stellenbosch (011) 7827749.
Clause 3: iTribe (Pty) Ltd sells various trademarked schemes namely : Civilsure, Taxisure, Schoolsure, The Big Event, Eventsure and PISure.
Clause 4: iTribe (Pty) Ltd has agreements in place and is authorized to market segmented products to a specific market - See schemes listed in point 3 above. For this reason, iTribe (Pty) Ltd receives commission from the risk providers. iTribe is allowed to charge a service fee for services offered outside of advice and intermediary services. This fee is not compulsory and must be agreed to in writing by the client.
Clause 5: iTribe (Pty) Ltd has an outsourced premium collector named EPIC who have an Intermediaries Guarantee Facility (IGF) in place.
Clause 6: iTribe (Pty) Ltd is a registered company and has Professional Indemnity insurance.
Clause 7: Dan Payton is the key persons of iTribe (Pty) Ltd and iTribe (Pty) Ltd has registered representatives in their employ and such person’s names are available on request at either the offices of iTribe (Pty) Ltd or the Financial Services Board.
Clause 8: We declare that Dan Michael Payton - ID 5910155101087 is a Director of Suretimes Insurance Administrators (Pty) Ltd and a member of Garden Route Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd.
